Reservation Management Software

We offer a reservation management application which will allow fit your organizations needs perfectly and allow you to perform a multitude of tasks including:

Organize and reserve various facilities, buildings and rooms.
Reserve areas according by intended usage, seating arrangements and availability.
Schedule preventive and unplanned maintenance for facilities to ensure parts and supplies are available prior to when they are needed. This means you will not miss a vital reservation.
Required setup times for repetitive events can also be built into the system to ensure events occur correctly.
Create accounts for individuals, families or groups as required.
Place various levels of security upon groups allowing only leaders to enter management functions and group members accessible to “view-only” or “opt-in” areas for the same event.

Various styles and types of schedules can be used within our systems, including drag-and-drop tag-based schedules, schedules appearing as planners, or horizontal timelines. Printed schedules can be designed in any style format. Date ranges for these schedules can be as flexible as possible, with these viewing ranges being chosen as the schedules are being generated.

As each item on the schedule is an individual record in the database, each field in each record can be searched either manually or automatically to indicate various conflicts. Complete blocks or individual items can be reassigned as-needed and artificial intelligence can also be used to generate the best-possible schedule when requested.

Various levels of intelligence can be built into the system, from routines which place an event in the earliest-possible slot, to complete artificial intelligence systems which develop thousands of schedules automatically and behind-the-scenes to find the best-possible schedule. This can include reserved blocks of time, preventative and unplanned maintenance needs, and even the working shifts and lunchtimes of cleaning crews.

We have the ability to accept payments via credit cards or gift cards and place any associated discounts upon the reservation as well. These payments along with various other reports, summaries and statements can be exported to a variety of file formats either automatically or on an as-needed basis. The system can also be designed to communicate and interact with Quickbooks or other financial software for specific functions or to meet external requirements.
